NPG offers 24-hour service for established patients. Please call during office hours to set up appointments or to speak with our staff. During regular office hours, a nurse is available to triage and answer questions. After hours, your call will first be answered by our answering service then sent to the nurse triage system. They do not have access to your medical records. They cannot assist with medication refills, test results, or billing. Calls to our answering service for medication refills, test results, billing or other non-urgent calls will not be put through to our doctors or nurse practitioners. If you are calling about a semi-urgent medical concern after hours that does not require emergency care, the nurse triage service will have one of our providers call you to discuss.

If you have a medical emergency where timely treatment is necessary, please do not waste valuable time trying to reach one of our doctors through the answering service.
