NPG follows the American Academy of Pediatrics schedule for vaccines. For the safety of all our patients, we do not accept those who are unwilling to vaccinate their children. We do not offer alternative vaccine schedules.

All vaccines given in CT are documented in CT Wiz if you have not opted out of the service. You can access your child’s record here. For full vaccine histories including those given outside of Connecticut or those given prior to 2018, please call our office.

NPG accepts most insurances including Husky. We are honored to support our military families with TRICARE insurance as well. Please call our office if you have questions about your particular insurance.

If you would like to print out a blank physical form for your child prior to your visit, forms can be found at the links below. Otherwise, forms are available in the office on the day of your visit. Please bring college or camp forms with you to your appointment.

NPG supports families who chose to nourish their babies with breast milk, formula or a combination of both. We recognize that breastfeeding can be challenging! To help, Caitlin Paul, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner is also our Certified Lactation Counselor. NPG also has relationships with local IBCLCs to help facilitate your breastfeeding journey, if that is what you wish to do.

Adolescents and young adults are welcome to stay at our office until approximately 22 years old.

If you or your child is experiencing a non-urgent mental health crisis call our office to make an appointment to discuss treatment options with one of our providers. For urgent crises, CALL 211, a free, confidential information and referral service that connects people to essential health and human services 24/7 over the phone and online or CALL 988 for the National Suicide Hotline.

We hope to have the Colchester office open by the end of 2025, hopefully sooner! NPG will post opening dates as soon as we are able.
